Because of the resurrection, Jesus is not distant—He is actively walking with us in every season of life, even when we don’t recognize Him. Like the men on the road to Emmaus, we can be caught in grief, confusion, or distraction and miss His presence, yet He never leaves our side. The hope of the empty tomb becomes personal as we begin to see that the risen Christ is already with us, guiding, listening, and revealing Himself along the way.
