Prayer is an important and critical part of the Christian's life. Scripture instructs us to lift one another up in prayer, petitioning our Heavenly Father with all kinds of prayers and requests. To this end, Eaton Rapids First United Methodist Church offers a prayer support network that has been set up to serve special needs of persons in our church and community, consisting of a group of people who have agreed to respond to prayer requests by praying personally for the need.

The prayer chain takes two forms: telephone and email. If you would like to be a part of the telephone prayer chain, please call or email Dianne Clone or the church office to have your name and phone number added to the list. If you would like to be a part of the email prayer chain, you may subscribe online using the form below, or you may call or email Dianne Clone, Nicole Kowalk, or the church office.

Sending Prayer Requests

Prayer requests may be submitted by using the online request form, or by calling or emailing Dianne Clone, Nicole Kowalk, or the church office. When submitting prayer requests, please use the following guidelines:

Fill in the online request form.
Be specific & as "to the point" as you can.
Use Christian discretion.
Prayer chain coordinators may find it necessary to edit requests before sending them out.

Subscribing to our Prayer Chain:

To be included in our prayer chain and have submitted prayers automatically emailed to you, just fill in your email address below, click "Subscribe" and then click "Submit." That's it! You'll be added to our mailing list and will receive our next bulletin via email.
Note: To insure your privacy, you will be sent a confirmation email which you must confirm by clicking on the link provided. Only then will you be placed on the mailing list to receive our bulletin. This insures your email address is not added to our mailing list without your permission.

Unsubscribing from our Prayer Chain:

If you are currently on our prayer list as an email and you wish to be removed from our email subscription list, fill in your email address below, click "Unsubscribe" and then click "Submit." You will be promptly removed from our email list.
