The 5-8th In-Crowd Youth Group was started about four years ago to meet the needs of the younger youth in our church. It has been a very positive experience for our younger youth and has helped them get ready to move on to the Junior and Senior High Youth Programs.

At this age, the youth enjoy a lot of hands-on activities. Kids are high energy at this age with fun and laughter in mind. These youth also enjoy doing for others. The highlight is Christmas caroling each year. We do other fun things the kids have had a voice in scheduling. We like to raise money for projects and and do service work in our community.

We have a large population of youth in this age group. It is our hope and prayer that we meet the needs of each of our young people and nurture their Christian journey with fellowship and fun. The youth and youth leaders and helpers appreciate the support of the church through prayers and monetary support. It is a pleasure to help these kids grow in their love for Christ and service to Him.

Calendar of Events

At each gathering we have a short devotional time.

April 13: Snow's Sugar Bush.  Meet at church at 12:30, back at 4:00. ($6.00 for lunch)


April 20: Regular group times at church


April 27**:  Edru Skate Night: church at 4:30, back at 8:00 - $5.50 per person for admittance and rental of skates


May 4: Regular Youth Group times at church


May 11:  Mother's Day - no youth group


May 16**: Wesley Woods - Back on the 17th in the evening - No group on 18th


May 25**: Memorial Day Weekend - - Popcorn/Pop at the parade
