The Lansing District is holding its District Leadership / Lay Speaking classes on the Saturdays of March 10, March 17, March 31, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The training sessions will be held at Williamston United Methodist, 211 S Putnam St, Williamston. Spring classes included: Basic Course in Lay Speaking Ministries Cost: $10 Advanced Course - Stewardship - Cost: $15 Advanced Course - Evangelism - Cost: $15 This year, we are asking students to obtain their own books in order to allow the use of used or borrowed books, and to allow students to get them more quickly. The list of books is available on the registration form. Information on where to get them is included in the letter. To register for the classes, complete the registration form on line, print it and send it in to the Registrar, whose address is on the registration form. Please note that it is no longer going to the District Office.
