THE CHARGE FOR ANY EVENT THAT THE KITCHEN IS USED BY A CHURCH MEMBER OR NONMEMBER FOR NON-CHURCH SPONSORED EVENT IS AS FOLLOWS:
These are charges for Kitchen only and do not include the Fellowship Hall. There will be no charge for UMW members for kitchen use.
There will be no charge for kitchen use for any funeral luncheon, but any donation made by the
family for the food and services provided by the UMW will be graciously accepted.
The damage deposit of $75.00 is due at time of rental and will be returned at the conclusion of the event when the kitchen has been checked by the UMW Kitchen Monitor for damages. UMW will supervise kitchen use, but will not stay during the event.
Leave any dirty kitchen towels or dish clothes on counter.
Garbage should be put in the dumpster in the parking lot at the conclusion of event and garbage bags should be replaced (in Lazy Susan next to kitchen door).
No meal preparation can be made in the kitchen. The stove can only be used to keep items warm.
The kitchen must be left clean and all personal items removed by 10:00 p.m.

*NO item can be removed from the Kitchen & Fellowship Hall without permission.

First United Methodist Church of Eaton Rapids is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. The Church is not liable for accidents or injuries due to athletic or social events. I have read and understood the above policy. I agree to abide by its provisions.
